The July 2010 issue of Whole Hog begins with coverage of the US Hogs and Pigs report and reports a firm market. Polish exports and imports are examined on page 6. Canadian export data are reported on page 7 and they seem to be maintaining some growth. Page 8 describes US pork exports’ failure to lift off. The Australian trade gap in pigmeat widens according to the latest 2010 data on page 9.  On page 10 US exports are seen to fall sharply to Japan and exporters’ market shares are changing in South Korea.
