The July 2011 issue of Whole Hog begins with coverage of the US Hogs and Pigs report and signs of a recovery in the US breeding herd. The German breeding herd and exports record falls in 2011 according to data on page 2. Page 3 describes a new record high set for this Millennium for the global pig price cycle.
